About the Role

The Roselands-Stafford Federation is situated on the south coast, in the vibrant seaside town of Eastbourne.  The 2 schools are on separate sites and work closely together sharing expertise and good practices, supporting each other’s strengths.

The 3 form entry Roselands Infant School is very popular with approximately 270 pupils on roll.  Stafford Junior School is also 3 form entry, providing places for the very large majority of pupils from Roselands.  There are approximately 360 pupils on roll.

The Roselands-Stafford Federation currently has an Interim Executive Board (IEB) in place to provide expertise, support and capacity to the school.  The Federation is further supported by working in partnership with the Cavendish Academy Trust.

The IEB will shortly be engaged in liaising with the Local Authority and the Regional Schools Commissioner and consulting appropriately with stakeholders with regard to both schools joining a well established and successful academy trust.  At this time we are not able to accept applications from NQTs.

This is an exciting time to join the Federation and be part of this journey. This role will be working across both schools in the Federation.
