Year 2

There has never been a more important time to look after and consider the mental health of ourselves. For Children’s Mental Health week we have focused on an activity a day. This has allowed us to have a time for reflection. We have enjoyed mindfulness activities including being creative with art, yoga and even making our own worry dolls.

Sophie’s Well Being activities: She has been spending time with Murphy today teaching him some agility. It makes her happy spending time and training her puppy. She then made a Victoria sandwich and she has promised Mrs Woolley she will make another one when Lockdown is over for her!
